I just went to a little parilla by my hostel in Bogota and got a Chaleta Bandeja Paisa or something. The big colorful picture near the entrance kind of made it look like English Breakfast, so I was excited. It was:

• A fried egg
• An Arepa
• A big pile of white rice
• A spicy, andouille-like sausage
• A fairly large steak
• Half of a huge avocado
• Half of a huge plantain, fried in butter
• A big chunk of fried pork skin, including about an inch of fat
• A bowl of Aji, with a ton of minced cilantro
• Delicious
